Hello Italy Brochure

Hello Italy presented a wide selection of villas, farmhouses, apartments, cottages and hotels throughout the hill towns of Tuscany and Umbria. The collection ranged from the vine-clad hills of the Chianti to Lunigiana in unexplored northern Tuscany, the rolling hills and cypress trees of the Sienese 'Crete' area, and the rugged valleys of the Val d'Orcia.

Tuscan Hill Towns and Lunigiana

Hello Italy offered properties in Lunigiana, described as the undiscovered part of Tuscany, set amidst beautiful countryside with crystal clear river pools for bathing and inexpensive dining out. In the heart of ancient, rural Italy, this region remained within reach of cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca.

  • Half an hour from the winter ski slopes
  • Half an hour from the summer beaches
  • A wide selection of villas, houses, apartments, cottages and hotels

Florence, Siena and Umbria

The collection included villas, farmhouses and apartments, most with swimming pools, set in the Chianti and Sienese countryside near small, attractive villages and within easy reach of Siena and Florence. Distinctive regions such as Chianti, Le Crete, Montalcino and the Val d'Orcia each had secrets to reveal, from the picturesque villages of Gaiole in Chianti and San Sano to the towers of San Gimignano, the town of Pienza, the wineshop cellars of Montalcino and the hot springs of Bagno Vignoni.

Apartments were also available in the heart of medieval Siena and Florence. In Umbria, visitors could discover varied hilltowns, with selected villas and apartments around Perugia, the green hills above Lake Trasimeno, and superb frescoed apartments in Assisi itself.

Beaches, Walking and Spa Holidays

For those wishing to spend part of their holiday by the sea, hotels could be arranged in Lerici, Camaiore and on Elba, alongside new apartments right on the beach in the Tuscan resort of Follonica.

  • Walking holidays around the Cinque Terre, plus exploring Tuscany and Liguria on foot
