Alpine Tracks Mountain Biking & Summer Activities Brochure

Alpine Tracks Limited presents its summer adventure programme, a collection of mountain biking, walking and climbing trips developed across Europe by a team who have spent many hours in the saddle and on foot.

Mountain Biking Destinations

Alpine Tracks centres much of its mountain biking around Morzine, described as the spiritual home of mountain biking in the Alps and the company's main centre of operation. The summer programme also reaches further afield to Norway and Les Deux Alpes.

  • Morzine: a chance to break away from the main Portes du Soleil area and ride quiet, stunning tracks, returning to the luxury of Chalet Eira each night.
  • Norway: a week-long trip including a couple of days riding around Geilo, the two-day Rallerwegen route to Flam, and time at Voss.
  • Les Deux Alpes: a developing venue that hosted a round of the UCI World Cup, with huge descents, awesome views and stunning single track, plus the chance to ski or board on the glacier.

Walking and Climbing on Foot

For those who prefer to explore on foot, Alpine Tracks offers two classic Alpine itineraries that take in some of Europe's most celebrated mountain landscapes.

  • The Haute Route: a stunning 10-day trek weaving past countless peaks and across high passes and glaciers between the renowned centres of Chamonix and Zermatt.
  • Mont Blanc: a non-technical climb to the summit of Western Europe's highest point at 4808m, a notable achievement for aspiring mountaineers.
