Welsh Winter Courses

The Welsh Winter courses are based at home in Plas y Brenin, deep in Snowdonia. The mountains are accessible with moderate walks into high north and east facing shady slopes and cwms. While the winters are a little unpredictable, recent years have delivered some excellent snow and ice conditions, ideal for learning essential winter skills. A flexible course programme means the team can take full advantage of whatever Mother Nature serves up.

Summer Hillwalking and Mountaineering

Snowdonia has everything on offer, whether you want to walk through peaceful, unspoilt fields and paths or scramble up exposed rocky ridges.
